Members prepay a 3, 6, or 12-month term through Stripe and get a monthly allowance of covered visits. Submit a request from your phone, an operator reviews it, and a vetted technician shows up inside your allowance. Terms renew automatically — with an email reminder before any charge, and cancelling always runs your paid term to the end.
